Is it alright to soak in the bath tub while you are pregnant? Like the temp wise.?

I was a big bath taker before i got pregnant. I stopped taking baths because everyone told me not to. However at the end of my pregnancy i was so big and so uncomfortable that i just did it anyway. I would make sure that my tummy was some what out of the water and i would never take really hot baths. I think it is fine as long as you are ok. If you are sweating in the bath it is probably to hot. But i think it is important to relax and if baths are what relaxes you, take them. I took many baths while in my last 4 or 5 month s and my daughter is fine. Just don't overheat. This is my opinionIs it alright to soak in the bath tub while you are pregnant? Like the temp wise.?
Yes its fine. You can also take hot baths. The reason people say not to is because it can raise you body temp. however if is too hot you will know it. You will feel sweaty and hot and then just add cool water to the tub.Is it alright to soak in the bath tub while you are pregnant? Like the temp wise.?
Perfectly fine to soak, as a mater of fact, the tub will become a very good friend of yours later in pregnancy, but you have to keep the temp down. If the water makes your skin red, it is too hot.
Yes, baths are great! (except for getting in and out.)

They REALLY help w/ contractions near the end of pregnancy and can help end false labors.

Just make sure the temp. is comfortable.

Here's a link about it.
You Should Not Use a Sauna, Hot Tub or Take Long Hot Baths

Hot tubs and hot baths have a tendency to raise your body temperature and therefore are to be avoided. See the previous item for details.
I did, I just didn't let the water get too hot and I stayed in tune w/ my body's temperature...If I started to feel really warm or feel the baby start to squirm more than usual then I'd get out immediately....
It is okay, but definately not for a long period of time. Maybe you can buy one of those temps that you put in the water for babies baths because you don't want your water temp to go past 97 degrees
As long as it's not too hot (like a hot tub's temp would be) it should be wonderfully relaxing for you. If you are prone to UTIs or yeast infections however, you should not use bubble bath in the tub, as it can irritate that area, and cause changes in pH, making you more prone to getting another infection.
Everything i have read says it is perfectly okay just to avoid bubble baths, oils, or salts because it can upset PH balance of vagina and potentially cause harm to baby, but have to keep eye on temp, nothing over 120 i believe and remember to ask for help if you are huge, dont risk falling down getting out of tub!
Not in the first 3 months of pregnacy, as it can increase the risk of miscarriage - after that though you should be able to
