Bath Tub Blues?

If i put blue food coloring in a bath tub and get into it is that bad for my skin? Will it turn me blue? Will it turn my bath tub blue?Bath Tub Blues?
I've never met such a hardcore smurf fanBath Tub Blues?
Yes it will turn both your skin and your tub blue

It won*t harm your skin, but you would probably need bleach to get it out of your skin and your tub which would harm your skin very much.

Have you ever tried getting egg dye off your skin;? That should give you a clue. Why on earth would you want to do that?
If your tub is plastic or porcelain (most tubs are) then it will stain most likely! Any areas where you have any soap residue will likely stain more vigourously.

Also, If you've ever gotten food coloring on yourself during a project, you'd see it does indeed stain skin. Not forever, but it does stain. If you were to put it in your bath, you would certainly come out blue where ever the water was touching your skin.

Do you want to be blue? Or did you just want the water to be blue. There are many bath salt type products, you can find them at Wal-mart even. (I dont know the name of a specific product) that will stain your water blue, without leaving the tub and your skin blue.

Good Luck!
no

no

and usually no
just wondering WHY you'd put food coloring into your bathtub?

you might get a blue tinge on your skin.
no no and no.

food coloring is a water based product

just use scrubbing bubbles o nthe bath, and soap on your skin .

we eat food coloring daily, in sweets, snacks ,bread even

panic over lol
I WOULD THINK SO , unless temporarily.
Food coloring will turn you and your bathtub blue. I wouldn't try it. I used to use Calgon bubble bath and that turned the water blue, pink, purple, etc.
