Porcelain bath tub chip 2'; x 2'; - how to fix?

My landlord is trying to charge me $300 to fix a 2'; x 2'; chip that fall off the porcelain bath tub.


How can I do it cheaper, but still keep the quality of work?

A lot of appliance stores will have touch up kits for doing touch up on stove top s . washers and dryers.. Worth a try, sure beats 300$... GL
