Fix Bath Tub?

My bathtub is chocked. I have tried draino for past 3 days. But it does not fix. How can I fix it? I have friends coming over this weekend and I do not want to be embrassed. Please helpFix Bath Tub?
your best bet is to use a snake or a plunger take the drain cap off if your going to use the plunger put some cooking oil around the plunger ( for a better seal ) if that dont work get a snake and snake the drain t brake up the clog .. good luckFix Bath Tub?
A snake is a long flexible tool that goes down your drain and catches any clogs or icky stuff that is clogging your drain. You can buy one pretty inexpensively at a hardware store. It works for any drain, so keep it handy! You may have to stick it down there several times, seeing as you have a really bad clog. Put it in as far as you can, pull it out slowly, remove the crap and do it again as many times as needed. CHEAPER THAN A PLUMBER and that is exactly what a plumber would probably do. DIY and save big bucks. Then you can use Drano if you want to make yourself feel better. :) Good luck sugah!
LIQUID PLUMBER MAKES A BLASTER IN AN AREOSOL CAN, JUST SHOOT IT DOWN THE DRAIN, BUT AT WAL MART.
on the back of your tub is the lever that runs your tub drain stopper. with your tub stopper down remove the two screws that hold the stopper lever onto the tub. carefully pull the hole assembly up and toward you. some assemblies have a large spring type coil on the end. if that is what you have it will be full of hair,etc.. unwind the hair, etc. off back wards. this should take care of the problem. if this is what you have, pull out the stopper and run hot water down the drain 4 a couple of minutes. this will loosen up any sludge left in there. if the assembly you take out doesn't have the spring shaped end, then you will have to run your snake down the opening you took the assembly out of. make sure when you put it back together that the stopper handle is in the down position before you put the stopper in. if it isn't the stopper won't work right.
It has a clog someplace down the drain, I suggest going to a plumbing store and getting a snake and trying to release the clog yourself.I have done it before and it works really well. Then if its still clogged call a plumber. Good luck and have a nice labor day weekend!
Get below the tub and remove the trap. It is plugged with hair. While it is open, make sure the drain itself is clear.
You need a drain snake.
Did you try Drain-O Gel? You can also try using a plunger. Put some water in it, and then use a plunger like you would in a toilet. That should help.
with four women using the tub, i get hair clogs all the time. if it is clogged in the tub drain, the quickest and easiest way is to bend a little hook on the end of metal coat hangar, push it down the drain, twist it a little and pull out the hair. gross, but it works
use this stuff called Thrift, it come in a flake form and is activated by hot water, super strong stuff! otherwise you'll have to use a snake, which are cheap at walmart, around 10 dollars
Sulfuric Acid bought at most hardware stores will clear it up.
go get a drain snake and snake it or call a plumber
