Cleaning a bath tub?

I used to be bad about letting the soap scum build up in the bath tub, to the point that when you tried to clean with a chemical cleaner, the scum would just build up so thick on the scrubber brush or pad that it was ineffective, and very time consuming rinsing out the brush/bad and scrubbing some more. Get a razor blade scraping tool and scrape off the scum (when dry) with long strokes and the blade as flat as possible so you don't damage the bath tub surface. Then use CLR (full strength) in a spray bottle and spray all the surfaces, let sit for awhile (not long enough to dry out), and then wipe down the surface with a scrubbing pad. Your tub will be so shiny and clean and slick as hell, so be careful when you shower the first time after the cleaning.Cleaning a bath tub?

comet works really well. wet the tub a little, then sprinkle some on and leave it for about 5 minutes. then get a brush. (not a toothbrush, gross, but something like that only bigger) and scrub it till it's clean, the rinse it away.
i use KABOOM (ITS AWESOME) spary let set for about 5mins then simply wipe with a wash cloth and rinse
