That is such a fine line nowadays, sadly. As a photographer and prior lab technician who developed the public's photographs, the only time I'd be concerned is if the children were touching eachother inappropriately, posed sexually, etc. Something OBVIOUSLY out of sorts. As adults I'm sure we all have naked pics of us as babies in a box somewhere, that is what moms do to their kids! I wouldn't be concerned w/ snapping some pics of my child in a tub or running down the hall butt naked, etc. That is a part of childhood, just like having your first bday cake all over your face. Just have them developed at a machine where it pops them out for you to grab if you are apprehensive about someone making a fuss over nothing. You can find 'fine art' photography online of naked babies even with their naked moms so it isn't all 'taboo' yet. Truly I wouldn't worry about it too much!Naked bottom bath tub pictures?
Yea its fine I have my 3 yo twin daughters on video in the tub with the bubble and its pretty cute.

I have several pictures of my 4 month old daughter in her little baby tub, I never thought twice about it. If you are worried you can always throw a wash cloth over your child's ';area'; that's what I always do.
Omg, the world is coming to an end...
It's your baby, for christ sake..
Pedophiles are not new, the only difference is that now is more easy for them to have access to all kind of material.
Just don't post them on the Internet and you'll be fine.
You are the Parents. I think that it is just fine if you take bathtub pictures. All these new laws should not discourage you from enjoying your baby and then memories of your child as a baby!
I think everyone in the world has those pictures and If Im not mistaken I think its still legal.
No, sadly you're better safe than sorry these days. I know my mom has pics like that too, but things have changed A LOT since then. I've taken some pics of my daughter in the tub, but I just make sure there's something blocking that specific view.
of course! some of my most treasured pics of my boys are bathtub pics. snap away!
I know that people worry about child pornography and I've heard a few stories of parents getting into trouble over it, but I recently printed out a few pictures of my son in his baby bathtub buck naked and I didn't get arrested. They're cute and I even gave copies to his grandparents and one to his great grandma in France. I can do so with a clear conscience.
It is because of all this child pornography on the net. I took some pictures of my oldest in his first bath, and I could not get them developed anywhere due to new rules and regulations about processing nudity. I had to take my camera to a friend with their own dark room to have them developed. Unless you have a digital camera, most places will not develop the pictures. I can see where they are coming from, but I do think it is a bit much. Parents should be cautious about where they post pics of their children. Any sicko can save a pic on line and use for their personal amusement. ( creepy I know...) But bottom line ( :) snap away at those pics! I have plenty of ';blackmail'; pictures stored away so my sons can bring home that first girlfriend and I have tons of naked baby pics to show her...they are too precious! :)
Of course it's okay, but I wouldn't be posting them on the internet or anything like that, you never know who might wind up seeing them and some people are perverts. I never took any naked bath pics of my daughter, but only because I personally have always thought it's a little weird.
Of couse it is!!! For my foster kids (the babies only!) I took bath time pictures of them from the waist up so the pictures wouldn't seem inappropriate when I passed them on to their families. But now that I'm pregnant with my first I plan on taking picture after picture of every cute moment...with or without pants!!
be really careful as the naked child police will come and arrest you for paedophile pictures and it isn't politically correct to have memories of your child when he/she was a baby. unfortunately 20m years ago this would have been a tongue in cheek jest, but today a person is worried about saying hello as it may be offencive to someone
Are you serious? Afraid someone is going to turn you in to child protective services?? I think you're being a little TOO paranoid....
Those are the most precious shots... I have several of my son.
yes perfectly fine !!! i even have mine on video.... these moments are percious and we as parents have the right to capture them in photos and such !! i mean come on you know the difference between right and wrong !
yeah.....why not? it's nice to have those cute little memories of ur baby :)
ugh how about no what a strange question.........
