Bath tub is blocked?

my bath tub is blocked could you please tell me without a plummer could i use chemical to clear the water (unblock)

or do any body tell me what to useBath tub is blocked?
First...Is it just you? Do you, your wife or some in the house have long hair? Can you see hair in the drain? You can sometimes pull the hair out with your fingers.

Second...try Drano.

If either of the above work, you might want to pour a little liquid bleach in the drain ever few months to help keep the line clean.

If those don't work, bend over and call a plumber.Bath tub is blocked?
first it depends on what type of drain plug you have. if it's one that you can't just pull completely out you might have to use a screwdriver, pair of pliers or both.if it has a small knob on the top then use the pliers to hold the large silver disc while turning the small knob the opposite way then once the small knob is off you can see a cross headed screw further down remove the screw carefully as to not drop it down the drain once you remove the screw the larger silver disc should come out a lot of times the clog will come along with it if you ex span your question with more details i could be of more help
boiling water poured into the tub over the drain, and block the breathing hole under the ';lever'; and then PLUNGE the hell outta it with a toilet plunger. yep, ya gotta go to the hardware store to buy a toilette plunger.
The first thing to check is the drain screen. Take you a pair of Needlenose pliers and stick them into the drain with the jaws open and then when you touch the bottom of the pipe close the jaws and slowly pull outward. Look for hair, soap scum etc. You can get most of it out like this. Or if you don't have needlenose pliers you can use a metal clothes hanger to dig the stop up out. But be careful not to get anything else stuck in the drain opening. If that does not work... Try Liquid plumber. Any hardware store carries that. If this still does not work go to a PLUMBER supply house and ask them for the chemicals. But be carefull these are VERY strong chemicals and can burn your skins and eyes. Use protection!
Go to Home Depot (Lowes, etc) go to the plumming section and buy a snake.
Use the plunger ...you will be surprised on how much crud/hair/junk you will suck out of the drain.
Well, in order to help, we really need to know exactly WHAT your tub is blocked with. There are different things used to unblock tubs........but if you are not sure, try some kind of a liquid plumber. They seem to work well for toilets.
There are a couple of things that I would do. First I would do the plunger approach to suck out the bad stuff that is clogging your tub. If not go to a hardware store and buy a snake that attaches to a electric drill that will do the job that the plumber would be doing but less expensive. If none of those things don't work then I would lastly try Drano or bleach to burn the hair or anything that might be down there clogging it. Extra tip: To get rid of the bad smell if any try vinegar and baking soda down the drain....it's safe for you and takes away the smell quick.
If you own or can borrow a wet %26amp; dry vacuum cleaner, then cover the overflow inside the bath with a thick wad of wet tissue and suck the blockage from the plug-hole into the vacuum. Stop occasionally and remove hair etc. Keep going until no more arrives in the plug hole. Retry running more water into the bath.
go to the hardware store and get a device that goes on the end of a hose, its skinny to begin with and as it fills with water it blocks the water from coming out of the drain and pushes it one way to unclog the drain, cost about 5 bucks
DRAINO
plunger, then enzyme based drain cleaner, then roto router
