These lubricants do not rinse away easily from just water, yet are perfectly safe when used with latex';
Yes. Think about it- if they will stand up to KY or other lubrication, why would they break down in the presence of water? Condoms are not 100% effective, but using one in a bathtub will not make it any less effective.
