The bigger issue is that having sex in water can be a little tricky because the lubrication (whether natural or synthetic) tends to get rinsed away. These lubricants do not rinse away easily from just water, yet are perfectly safe when used with latex';
Yes. Think about it- if they will stand up to KY or other lubrication, why would they break down in the presence of water? Condoms are not 100% effective, but using one in a bathtub will not make it any less effective.
