Why do my hands and feet shrivel in the bath tub?

ur hands and feet aint got the same oils as the rest off your bodieWhy do my hands and feet shrivel in the bath tub?
Too much water absorption :) PRUNE :-)Why do my hands and feet shrivel in the bath tub?
This called ';dish pan hands'; or in your case, hands AND feet.

What's happening is, the skin on your hands and feet have absorbed a lot of water and it expands, this causes the skin to fold or wrinkle. It isn't really anything to worry about as it usually dissipates in around an hour or so.

My Ma used to tell me when I was a kid, that if my hands and feet did this I was taking too long bathing! If you switch to taking showers, not only will you no longer get dish pan hands/feet, but you will get much cleaner as the filth is washed off and away from you rather then wallowing in it when you take a bath.
